Meredith is a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a licensed school Adjustment Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. She studied at Keene State College and completed her undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology. She also studied at Framingham State University when she received her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology with a licensure track to become a LMHC. Meredith has been a counselor for 2 years and has been working in school settings for 6 years. She counsels a variety of mental health needs with person-centered, CBT and DBT related approaches. Meredith believes rapport, and comfortability with the therapeutic relationship are essential to treatment. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, crafting on her Cricut, and enjoying sunshine.
