Nurse Practitioner

Telehealth Link:

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of mental health experience in a variety of settings including hospital (acute, residential, forensic, substance recovery, ER/crisis units, ECT) and in the community (group homes, foster homes, special schools, and outpatient clinics).
I was raised in Canada and have lived all over the United States.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Alberta (Canada) and my Master’s degree at Regis College. I am Board-Certified and provide mental health assessments, medications, and therapeutic treatment for clients ages 16 – 79 with mental health diagnoses of every kind.
My clinical approach is to listen and carefully assess the mental health concerns and priorities of my clients, and then work as partners to set therapeutic goals and manage psychiatric medications. I believe in taking time to provide thorough education (medication, health, and lifestyle) and to assist my clients in accessing the tools and resources to improve their quality of life.
