Jayme Johnson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. She earned her graduate degree from Northwestern University and utilizes an integrative narrative therapeutic approach, incorporating person-centered therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
With a focus on helping clients form and claim their personal narratives, Jayme specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, women experiencing significant life changes, and individuals navigating relational dynamics. As a Certified Military Trauma Counselor, she also has extensive experience supporting service members and military spouses, addressing the unique stressors, transitions, and relationship challenges that come with military life.
As both a clinician and an advocate, Jayme creates a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their identities, process past experiences, and build resilience. She believes in the power of self-discovery and storytelling to foster healing and growth, empowering clients to live with authenticity and purpose.
