Crystalmarie began her nursing career as a perioperative nurse coming from a background of working as a Surgical Technologist. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Western Governor’s University. Following this, she took leadership of the nursing department for Trudeau Center’s Day Program, and also assisting as a school nurse at Pathways School for Strategic Learning for several years. After this position, she worked as the Director of Nursing for Seven Hills’ Adult Services division for five years. Crystalmarie worked as an NTG certified Dementia trainer during this time, training medical staff throughout the state on better interaction skills and assessment tools to utilize with individuals suffering from Dementia.

While undergoing her graduate studies, she worked as an Investigative Nurse for the Arizona Department of Economic Security. She graduated Sigma Theta Tau from Maryville University in 2021 with her Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and received her board certification from ANCC in that same year. Crystalmarie enjoys employing a teammate style approach with her patients to ensure that they are part of the decision making in their treatment plans, ensuring both education and compliance throughout the course of treatment.
