Samuel is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center. He obtained his Master’s degree from Northeastern University. He has practiced
in the medical field since 2013. He treats a variety of Mental Health issues with a patient centered
approach and feels collaboration and integration are essential in treating the individual as a whole.
Medication being part of the solution along with an integrated, holistic approach is the core principle
of his practice. As part of his evolving practice Samuel is also offering individualized treatment with
esketamine for adults struggling with treatment resistant depression.
